| ABANA is a non-profit organization directed by a Board of 15 members who serve voluntarily as officers and on committees. The resolutions by the Board determine the services to be provided within an annual budget. The operations and publications staff of ABANA deliver services as contractors.

ABANA Bylaws Update
The ABANA Bylaws were last updated by the membership in June, 2002. If you would like to view or download a copy see the links below. At the 11/2007 Board meeting new bylaws proposals were introduced -- these will be presented to the membership during 2008.

These new Bylaws were passed by an overwhelming vote of the membership.
